Me at Kinkaku-ji
Going to the old capital of Japan today. Kyoto. Old.. Old... Ooooollllldddddd...
The Kansai Ltd Express from Tennoji took us to Kyoto in roughly an hour. Very fast!
All the services on Shinkansen.
Kyoto Station
That's the metallic, futuristic, state-of-the-art station which is a stark contrast from the old time houses along the way and definitely beyond our expectations. We're like.. WOW! the moment we came out of the gates.
We took a bus to get to Taizo-in Temple. Along the way (and near our destination), we hopped off the bus after seeing the below.
What are they doing???
The small gardens near Taizo-in.
